API keys are issued from your dashboard under Settings → API. Use Bearer token auth on every request. Rotate keys anytime, old keys revoke instantly.
Webhooks
Subscribe to shipment events and receive signed POST requests within seconds of each status change. Retries for up to 24 hours on failure.
Rate limits
600 requests per minute per key on standard plans. Higher throughput available on enterprise agreements, talk to your account manager.
