Terms of Service

Delivery Express acts as a freight forwarder and logistics platform: we arrange carriage by road, air, and ocean through contracted carriers, and provide the software used to book, track, and manage shipments.

Rates quoted through the platform are indicative until confirmed by a Delivery Express coordinator. Confirmed quotes are binding for 14 days.

Every shipment includes automatic coverage up to $500 against loss and damage. Extended coverage is available at booking up to declared values of $50,000 and beyond.

Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery or expected delivery date. Claims are reviewed and settled within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

You may not ship prohibited, illegal, or undeclared dangerous goods through the network. Accounts used to tender undeclared hazardous material are suspended pending review.

API access is subject to the rate limits published on the Developers page. Automated scraping of the tracking platform is not permitted.

Carriage is subject to the applicable transport conventions (CMR, Montreal, Hague-Visby) depending on mode and route. These terms are updated periodically; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
