We collect the information required to move freight: shipper and consignee details, shipment contents and values, tracking and telemetry data, and account credentials for dashboard users.

We also collect standard technical data (browser type, device, and usage analytics) to maintain and improve the platform.

Shipment data is used to execute the services you book: routing, carrier selection, customs clearance, tracking, and delivery confirmation. We do not sell shipment or personal data to third parties.

Carrier partners receive only the details required to transport your freight, no more.

Shipment records are retained for the period required by customs and transport regulations, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data at any time via our contact page.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to shipment records is logged and restricted to staff who need it to operate the network. See the Security page for detail.
